Where are the notes or minutes of the Tangier Commission meetings, are they, maybe, subsumed under the Council of State?
Where is Sandwich's 1668 report?
Sandwich was sent to Tangier on his way back from Spain in autumn 1688 to investigate the friction between military and civil authorities.
